Hello to all members and web site visitors,
All of our older members remember Jerry McClish as ISMP's fearless leader for over 14 years. Our newer members probably don't know who Jerry was; however, he was the single most important member of the International Society of Marine Painters. He was there when Clay Kent and a few other marine artists started our society. It was Jerry's driving force that has kept it going through all of those years. His passing is a very sad thing for all of us that knew and loved him. At Jerry's written request, there will not be a service or a funeral as such. Jerry will be cremated and buried at sea by the U. S. Coast Guard. Any sympathy cards may be sent to his wonderful widow at the following address: Charlotte McClish 1011 51 Ave East Bradenton , FL 34203 |
